She has implemented strategic employer partnership forums to gain insight into employment hiring trends with the end goal of providing gainful and sustainable employment for her clients. Audrey utilizes Motivational Interviewing to get to the root cause of her client’s employment needs and she understands that it takes more than handing client’s job leads but peeling back the layers to uncover the true issues.
